Our on board IT Specialists will ensure a smooth change over during the relocation process to ensure that all computers will be up and running for when staff arrive for work Monday morning. Diamond’s fully qualified staff will ensure your IT network is moved and re-initiated safely and efficiently. We will work along side your IT department at all times to ensure minimum disruption to your staff and we will provide full audit trails for any items that are moved.

DECOM

All computers are decommissioned keeping full audit of any peripherals and any special setup requirements, checking network connectivity and domains. All IT equipment will be labeled for its new destination and packed appropriately using anti-static bubble bags and individual boxes.

RECOM

Upon recommissioning your IT, all items will be accounted for and reconnected. Network connectivity is tested using self test routines and any faults recorded and corrected. New patch numbers are recorded and all audit data is handed over to your IT department.

Servers are treated with extra care ensuring these sensitive pieces of equipment are decommissioned by experts and transported securely with special equipment.
